The Core Sprint

Sixty days.
Then you decide.

Before you commit to anything, we build the system and run it against the customers you already have. Not a proposal. Not an audit. A working portal, a live site, and real outreach to your own dormant accounts, inside two months.

Your own building. Every dot a customer who bought from you before.
Why it starts here
A lapsed customer is the only prospect who has already said yes to you once.

Most go-to-market work begins by spending money on people who have never heard of you. We start with the opposite: the customers who went quiet, and the quotes nobody chased. You already paid to win those relationships.

It is the cheapest revenue in the building, it needs no advertising to reach, and it is the fastest way to prove whether a system will work for you. If sixty days of working your own accounts produces nothing, you have learned that for a fraction of what a year of agency retainer would have cost.

And if it does produce something, you already have the system running that produced it.

What happens

Eight weeks, and about three hours of your time.

Fixed scope and a fixed end date. Your part is four working sessions of roughly forty-five minutes, plus your order history and open quotes.

Week 1 to 2

We build

Your Portal configured and live. A working site connected to it, from our templates. Your customer and order history loaded.

Week 2 to 3

We define

Your market and your ideal customer, worked out with you rather than presented to you. Your dormant accounts ranked by value and by how long they have been quiet.

Week 3 to 7

We run it

Reactivation goes live against your own accounts. Quotes that went quiet get followed up. Every reply is handed to your rep with the history attached.

Week 8

You decide

You get a written specification: what we found in your market, what we would run next, and exactly what it costs.

Scope

What is in it, and what is not.

In the sprint

What you get

  • The eRevenu Portal, configured and live
  • A working site of up to four pages, connected to the Portal
  • Market and ideal customer definition, produced with you
  • A Go-to-Market Assessment of your market
  • Order-gap analysis and a ranked list of dormant accounts
  • A live reactivation motion against those accounts
  • Open quotes loaded and put on a follow-up cadence
  • A written specification with pricing at the end
Not in the sprint

What we hold back

  • No advertising spend and no campaign management
  • No list building beyond your own records
  • No full website build or optimization program
  • No online ordering or transaction capability
  • No Go-to-Market Blueprint, which comes with a campaign layer
  • No integration with your ERP or accounting system
At day sixty

Three outcomes. All of them fine.

You see all three prices before you start, so nothing at the end is a surprise. There is no automatic renewal and nothing rolls over.

Outcome 01

Activate a layer

The system keeps running and starts reaching further into your market. Which layer depends on what the assessment found, and we will have shown you the reasoning.

From $14,500 / month
Outcome 02

Stay on the Core

We keep running the infrastructure and working what you already own. No campaigns, no media. A holding position while you decide.

$2,400 / month
Outcome 03

Stop

The engagement ends on the date it was always going to end. We will not chase you, and we will not treat it as a failure.

Nothing further to pay
If you stop

We would rather tell you this now than at the end.

The GTM System is a service that runs, not a build you purchase. That means if you decide not to continue, most of it switches off. Here is exactly where the line sits.

Yours, unconditionally

The Go-to-Market Assessment and the ideal customer work, as a document you keep. All of your own data: your customer records, your order history, the contacts you gave us, and every conversation we produced with your customers. Exported to you at no charge. Anything you supplied stays yours throughout.

Switches off

The Portal and its configuration. The site and its pages. The automations, sequences and dashboards. Any sending infrastructure we set up for you. You are not buying a system to own and operate. You are running one, and it runs while we are working together.

What it costs

One number, paid once.

A flat fee for the sixty days. Not a monthly rate, not a retainer, and not calculated by hours spent. We charge for it because free assessments get scheduled and rescheduled, and because a project both sides have paid attention to is the only kind that works.

Starting at $2,800 for the sixty days, for a limited time.

It does not cover what the sixty days costs us to deliver, and it is not meant to. We would rather spend our own money finding out whether we can help you than spend a year of yours proving it.

What comes after is priced on the specification, against what your market actually holds. Every figure is a starting point, not a fixed price, and what moves it is scale: how much reach you want, how much volume, how much activity running.

The dial

More of what is already running. More campaign reach, more of your market enriched, more outreach volume, more automation.

Same system, turned up

A layer

A new part of your market reached. Different buyers, not more of the same ones.

Moves you to a different starting point

An add-on

Something outside the system, such as a custom integration or a bespoke automation built for you.

Quoted separately as a project
Questions we get

The ones worth asking.

Why would I pay for discovery when everyone else does it free?

Because a free assessment is a sales call with a spreadsheet attached, and you have probably sat through a few. This is not a report. In sixty days you have a working portal, a live site and actual outreach running against your own customers. Nobody does that for free, and if they offered to, it would be worth asking what they were really selling.

Is $2,800 a lead-in price that goes up later?

$2,800 is a limited-time introductory starting price for the fixed sixty-day scope. Everything that can follow is priced on this page before you start. What happens at day sixty is your decision, and one of the three options is to stop.

What if I want to keep the Portal and run it myself?

Then the sprint is not the right thing for you, and we would rather say so now. We are not selling software for you to operate. If that is what you want, there are good options and we will point you at them.

We tried an agency before and it went nowhere.

That would not surprise us. Most agencies start by spending your money reaching people who have never heard of you. We start with customers who already bought from you once. If the first sixty days produce nothing real, you have found that out cheaply.

How much of my time does this take?

About three hours across two months: four working sessions of roughly forty-five minutes. We also need your customer and order history, and your open quotes. If you cannot supply those, we will tell you what the sprint can and cannot do without them rather than guessing.

Is my business the right size?

The system is built for manufacturers and distributors between $10M and $50M in revenue, with a sales team to hand conversations to. Below that it usually costs more than it returns, and we will say so on the call rather than take the engagement.
