Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

eRevenu is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work continually to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards in how we build and maintain this site.

2. Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, or WCAG, define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. The guidelines are organised into three conformance levels: A, AA, and AAA. Level A covers the most essential accommodations, AA is the level most organisations work toward, and AAA is the most demanding.

eRevenu aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This site is partially conformant. That means some parts of it do not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively working toward it. We are not claiming full compliance, and we would rather state where we stand than overstate it.

3. What we do

The measures below are part of how this site is built and reviewed.

• We use semantic HTML, so headings, lists, links and form fields carry their intended meaning to a screen reader.
• We aim to keep the site navigable by keyboard, including the menu, forms and the interactive tools on it.
• We aim for sufficient color contrast between text and background at the sizes and weights we use.
• We provide text alternatives where they help, including labels and descriptions for meaningful visuals.
• Text reflows and scales with browser zoom and device text settings rather than being fixed at one size.
• Where motion is used, we respect the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system or browser.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on this site may not yet be fully accessible. Examples include third-party or embedded content that we do not control, and complex interactive visuals such as diagrams and calculators, which can be hard to convey outside a visual layout. We review these as we find them and work to address them.

5. Feedback and contact

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us. We would rather hear about it and fix it than have it go unnoticed. We aim to respond within five business days.

6. Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a state we reach and stop at. We will update this statement as the site improves and as we learn where it still falls short. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
