1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern services eRevenu provides to clients. Those are governed by the separate written agreement between eRevenu LLC and that client, and where the two conflict, the client agreement controls.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using the site

You may read our pages, use the tools on them, and download or print material for your own business evaluation. You may not:

• Copy, republish or redistribute our content commercially without written permission.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract material from the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or any connected system.
• Interfere with the site's operation or use it to transmit anything harmful.
• Use our content to train a machine learning model without written permission.

3. Our content

The content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, diagrams, the eRevenu name and wordmark, and the underlying code, belongs to eRevenu LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any of it beyond what section 2 permits.

4. Calculators, tools and figures

This site contains interactive tools, including a cost-of-sales calculator and configuration tools. They are provided for illustration and general information. They use the assumptions and figures you enter, they do not know your business, and their output is not advice.

• Nothing produced by a tool on this site is a quote, an offer, or a commitment by eRevenu.
• Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.
• Any pricing shown is indicative and subject to a written agreement.
• Client results described on this site occurred in specific engagements and are not a prediction of what any other business will achieve.

5. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

6. No warranty

This site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, eRevenu makes no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eRevenu LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or anticipated savings, arising out of your use of this site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of this site will not exceed the amount you paid to use the site during the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify eRevenu LLC against any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
