1. Who we are

eRevenu LLC is an Ohio limited liability company with its principal place of business at Cincinnati, Ohio. In this policy, eRevenu, we, and us mean eRevenu LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to three groups, and what we collect differs for each.

• Visitors to this website. Anyone browsing our pages or using a tool on them.
• Clients and prospective clients. Manufacturers and distributors who speak with us or engage us.
• Applicants. People who apply for a role or write to us about working here.

It does not cover personal information a client asks us to process on their behalf as part of an engagement. That relationship is governed by the agreement between us and that client, and it is described in section 7.

3. What we collect

From website visitors

• Information you give us in a form, which is normally your name, business email, company and what you wanted to talk about.
• Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and time on the site.
• Cookie and analytics data as described in section 9.

The calculators and interactive tools on this site run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not transmitted to us, not stored, and not associated with you.

From clients and prospective clients

• Business contact details for the people we work with.
• Information you choose to share in a conversation or a document, including material about your market, your customers and your commercial situation.
• Records of our communications with you.

From applicants

• What you send us: contact details, work history, and anything else you include.
• Notes we make during a hiring process.

4. Why we use it

• To respond to you when you get in touch.
• To deliver services a client has engaged us for.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, in aggregate.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To consider you for a role, if you applied for one.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5. What we never do

• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• We do not use one client's information for the benefit of another client.
• We do not use client data to train artificial intelligence models, ours or anyone else's.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it. These include hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, data enrichment and accounting providers. Each is bound by contract to use the information only for the services they provide to us. A current list of service providers is available on request.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case you would be notified.

7. Client data we process on instruction

During an engagement, a client may give us access to information about their own customers and contacts. In that arrangement the client is the controller of that information and eRevenu is a processor acting on their instructions.

• We process it only to perform the engagement.
• It is held per client and never pooled across clients.
• It is exported back to the client on request, in a commonly readable format, at no charge.
• It is deleted on the client's written instruction, and in the ordinary course after the retention period in section 8.

If you are an individual whose information a client has shared with us and you want it corrected or removed, contact that company directly. We will support them in acting on your request.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then for as long as we are required to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Client engagement data is retained for the life of the engagement and for 24 months afterward to allow export, unless the client instructs otherwise.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies to operate the site and limited analytics to understand how it is used in aggregate. Where required by applicable law, we ask for consent before using non-essential cookies.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

10. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including access control per engagement and removal of access when someone leaves an engagement. Our practical approach is described on the Data and Security page. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, write to info@erevenu.com. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the period required by applicable law. Rights vary by location, and some requests may be limited where the law permits or requires us to retain information.

12. Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated to clients directly rather than only posted here.
