Careers

Small team.
Unusual amount of ownership.

We run go-to-market systems for American manufacturers. The team is deliberately small, the engine does the volume, and the people do the judgement. That only works if the people are good.

You will own accounts, not tickets.

eRevenu is a Services as Software business. The platform does the work that software should do, which means nobody here spends their week on tasks a system could run. What is left is the part that needs a person: reading a market, deciding what to run, telling a manufacturer something they did not want to hear.

That makes for a particular kind of job. Fewer people, more surface area each, and very little hiding. If you want a narrow role inside a large machine, this is the wrong place, and we would rather say so on the page than three interviews in.

How we work

Five things that are true here.

01

Written before spoken

Decisions get written down. It is how a distributed team stays coherent, and how a decision survives the week it was made in.

02

Distributed, genuinely

Cincinnati is the headquarters. Delivery runs across time zones. We hire where the person is rather than where the desk is.

03

The engine is a colleague

AI runs underneath everything we deliver. Being good at directing it is part of every role here, not a specialism.

04

We measure what we produced

Nobody is measured on a client's close rate. You are accountable for the opportunity you created and the quality of it.

05

Client-facing early

You will be in front of a manufacturer sooner than you would be elsewhere. That is the job, and it is why the bar on judgement is high.

Who we look for

The roles we hire for.

We hire ahead of need when someone is clearly good. These are the roles we're usually looking for. If one sounds like you, send your resume below.

Business Development

Open doors and sell eRevenu to manufacturers who have never run a real go-to-market motion.

Go-to-Market Partner

Own client accounts end to end: read the market, set the plan, and report on what it produces.

Go-to-Market Engineer

Build the systems behind every engagement: the Portal, the automations, the infrastructure.

Performance Marketer

Run paid campaigns across channels and optimize them on cost per qualified opportunity.

UX/UI Designer

Design the sites, funnels, and interfaces that turn attention into qualified conversations.

E-commerce Specialist

Build and run Online Sales channels so manufacturers' customers can order direct.

The roles we hire

Four shapes, whatever the title says.

Go-to-Market Partner

Owns the client relationship and the plan

Runs discovery, produces the assessment, decides what to activate, and reports on it. Part strategist, part operator, entirely accountable. The hardest role to hire and the one that carries the business.

Delivery and build

Makes the system exist

Portal configuration, automations, data pipelines, campaign infrastructure. Works from the Master Portal Mapping rather than improvising per client, and improves the mapping when it is wrong.

Sales enablement

Works the market alongside the Partner

List construction, sequences, outreach, follow-up. Measured on qualified conversations created, never on anyone's close rate.

Creative and content

Makes it look and sound like us

Sites, ad creative, campaign assets, written content. The brand system is documented and locked, which means the work is craft inside constraints rather than a blank page each time.

Hiring

How the process runs.

Four steps, roughly two weeks, and you will hear either way. We do not leave people waiting, and we do not run unpaid work as an audition.

01 · A conversation

Thirty minutes on what you have done and what you want to be doing. No panel, no puzzles.

02 · A real problem

We give you something close to actual work and talk it through together. It is scoped to about an hour and it is paid if it runs longer.

03 · The team

You meet the people you would work with, and you get to ask them what is hard about working here. They will answer honestly.

04 · Decision

An answer within a week, with reasons either way.
