Data and security

Your data,
on your terms.

Manufacturers are right to be careful about handing operational data to a supplier they have met once. So the first step is built to need none of it, and everything after that is governed by rules we will put in writing.

The most sensible thing a manufacturer can do is not send us anything.

So we built the first step to work without it. The Go-to-Market Assessment is produced from public market data and one conversation. No access to your CRM, your order system or your customer list is required to find out whether we can help you.

Data only enters the picture once you have decided to engage, and even then it is your choice how much. If you would rather not share order history, we tell you which part of the analysis becomes a method and a range rather than a figure, instead of guessing and calling it a finding.

The commitments

Five things we will never do with your data.

01

Sell it

Your data is never sold, rented, brokered or licensed to anyone, for any purpose, at any price.

02

Use it for another client

Your customer list is not a lead source for the manufacturer down the road. Client data is isolated per engagement and never pooled.

03

Train on it

Your data is not used to train any model, ours or a third party's. The AI Growth Engine operates on your data to do your work and nothing else.

04

Hold it hostage

Your data leaves with you whenever you ask, in a commonly readable format, at no charge, whether or not the engagement continues.

05

Ask for more than we need

We ask for what a specific piece of work requires. If we cannot say why we need a field, we do not ask for it.

Practically

How it actually works.

What we ask for

Customer and order history sufficient to identify dormant accounts, a list of open or recent quotes, contact records you already hold, and your brand assets. That is the whole list for a Core engagement.

What we never ask for

Financial accounts, pricing agreements, employee records, banking details, or any credential to a system we are not configuring for you.

Where it lives

Inside your own eRevenu Portal instance, which is provisioned per client and not shared. Data is hosted with established infrastructure providers and protected with access controls appropriate to the engagement.

Who can see it

Your Go-to-Market Partner and the delivery staff assigned to your engagement. Access is granted per engagement and removed when someone leaves it.

Subprocessors

We use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, enrichment and analytics. A current list is maintained and available on request.

Retention and deletion

Client data is retained for the life of the engagement and for 24 months afterward to allow export. Deletion on request, confirmed in writing.

If something goes wrong

We notify affected clients without undue delay and in any case within 72 hours of confirming an incident, with what we know, what we do not, and what we are doing about it.

Sending on your behalf

Your domain reputation is not ours to gamble with.

Reactivation email goes to your own customers, from your own domain. That makes it legitimate, and it also makes it risky if handled badly, because a damaged sending reputation outlives any engagement.

Before the first send

Authentication verified

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked on your domain before anything sends. If authentication is missing, it gets fixed first or we do not send.

During

Volume ramped, not dumped

Sending starts low and increases gradually, never exceeding your normal daily volume by a wide margin.

Throughout

Bounces suppressed immediately

Hard bounces are removed permanently on first occurrence. If bounce rate crosses our threshold, sending pauses and the list is re-verified.

Ask us the uncomfortable question.

Bring your IT lead to the call. We would rather answer it properly than have it become a reason not to start.
